Daitine Terms of Service

Daitine is a travel itinerary platform that enables users to create, organize, and share daily travel itineraries. By accessing or using this service, you agree to these Terms.

• You must sign in via Google or LINE and are responsible for all activities conducted through your account
• You must not share your account credentials with others
• If you discover unauthorized use of your account, notify us immediately

By uploading images or creating content, you agree not to upload: sexually explicit, sexually suggestive, or nude content; violent, graphic, excessively disturbing, or offensive content; hate speech or other discriminatory content; content that infringes the intellectual property rights of others; or any content that violates applicable laws or regulations in your jurisdiction.

If you believe that content on this platform infringes your intellectual property rights, please contact us with relevant evidence. We will process your request in accordance with applicable law, and will remove, disable, or restrict access to allegedly infringing content within a reasonable time, notifying the relevant user where applicable.

We reserve the right to remove or disable access to violating content without prior notice or liability, and may suspend, terminate, or otherwise limit accounts depending on the severity of the violation.

• You retain ownership and copyright of content you upload
• By uploading content, you grant Daitine a license to display, store, and perform necessary technical processing within the platform (such as generating thumbnails, sorting, and recommendation display)
• You must not copy or redistribute other users' content without authorization from the original creator

Content designated by you as public may be accessed and indexed by other users or search engines. You should understand that public content may be copied, archived, reshared, or saved by third parties, and we cannot fully control how such content may subsequently be used by others.

If you violate these Terms or applicable laws, we may restrict, suspend, terminate, or otherwise limit access to your account or services.

• Travel itinerary information is provided by users, and we do not guarantee its accuracy
• To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of this service
• We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time
• While we take care to ensure the security and integrity of user data during features such as account merging, we are not responsible for data loss caused by technical issues, user actions or operational errors, third-party service interruptions, or force majeure events. Users are advised to verify their data before performing account merges.

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Taiwan (Republic of China).

We will announce material changes to these Terms on the platform. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
